Product Description
Marine rivets refer to rivets used to connect ship hull panels and reinforcement components, commonly known as "rivets". Its function is to connect the structural components of the ship, forming a stable whole for smooth navigation at sea.
Marine collision nails can be classified into various types based on their size and shape, such as ordinary collision nails, head end collision nails, flat collision nails, drum head collision nails, etc. The diameter, length, and material used for connecting different parts and materials of ship components with different types of collision studs may also vary.
Product Features
Common materials include low-carbon steel (such as Q195) and aluminum alloy, among which aluminum studs are lighter in weight and have better corrosion resistance than stainless steel, making them suitable for aluminum structures in ships.
Surface treatment is mostly copper plating or zinc plating. Copper plating technology improves conductivity and welding firmness, and its anti-corrosion performance is better than ordinary galvanized steel nails.
The length can be extended up to 150 millimeters, and with the use of specialized glue and general cap accessories, it can compress insulation materials (such as rock wool) and prevent loosening.
Moderate softness, firm welding and corrosion resistance, in line with marine industry standards.
